4.2 Prohibited Content

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The App may offer paid features or services, such as premium quizzes or in-app purchases. All payments made through the App are processed by third-party payment processors and are subject to their terms and conditions. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to these terms.
5.1 Refunds
Refunds for in-app purchases are subject to the policies of the app store from which you downloaded the App (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). We do not provide direct refunds.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, free of errors, or meet your expectations. Use of the App is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
